Mike Lowell was 4-for-4 with three doubles, two RBI and a run scored for Triple-A Pawtucket tonight at Columbus (CLE). He played first base until he was replaced by Tug Hulett in the lineup and Lars Anderson in the field.
The PawSox are about to suffer a 12-7 loss to the Clippers as they are in the ninth inning.
He is 5-for-9 over two games on rehab with the PawSox. The plan is to have him play in about eight games in a ten-day span approximately and would be taken off the disabled list or traded at that time.
